Hawk, Mac, Deuce Started Gun Dogs 2025

Three puppies from Grace and Beau have been selected for our 2025 Started Gun Dog Program: Hawk, Mac, and Deuce. These young dogs, inheriting the exceptional traits of their parents, are anticipated to become thrilling bird dogs with remarkable personalities and strong game drive.

Grace is the daughter of NAGDC FC AFC Hurricane Banjo. She embodies all the characteristics of an exceptional bird dog: desire, boldness, determination, bird-finding ability, pointing style, and trainability. Grace is calm both in the kennel and in the house, making her a delightful companion. She was trained and hunted with various dogs and handlers, achieving her AKC Junior Hunter title at just 9 months old, guided by 12-year-old Junior Handler Johnny O’Toole. Grace has experience hunting wild birds in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Kansas. Her grandfather is DC NGDC GFC AFC Hope’s Chief of Crosscreek, and her grandmother is GCH DC GFC Wild Mtn’s Midnight Rendezvous. Additionally, she has 14 other FC, DC, and CH titles in her pedigree, reflecting her proven historical performance.

Beau is an exceptional bird dog possessing a unique combination of calmness and game drive. He is cool and composed in the kennel and house, yet a dynamic bird-finding machine in the field. He hunts with determination and a big running style that is beautiful to watch. He boasts great coloration, conformation, athleticism, and endurance, making him a perfect all-day hunting companion. He is OFA Good. Beau has been trained and hunted with various dogs and handlers, achieving his AKC Junior Hunter title at just 8 months old. He has hunted wild birds with me in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Kansas.
