An introduction to upland game birds, the gear the dogs it takes to hunt them. The program will consist of classroom education and yard work with the dogs followed up with live fire shooting at the range, field gun handling, and hunting situation training with a guide, dogs and released birds. Participants must have a hunter safety card to participate, non-shooters and parents are welcome to attend and come along on the hunt.
