An introduction to waterfowl birds, the gear and dogs it takes to hunt them. The program will consist of classroom education and duck calls, followed up with live fire shooting at the range, field gun handling and hunting situation training with guide and dogs. Participants must have a hunter safety card and Kansas and federal waterfowl licenses to participate, non-shooters and parents are welcome to attend and come along on the hunt.
